2021 Bridal Trends
Off the shoulder sleeves
There’s no better excuse to play up your romantic side than your wedding, and off-the-shoulder sleeves are oh so romantic! They’re incredibly elegant and accentuate the decolletage while elegantly covering the arms. Whether you’re looking for a fitted mermaid style or a ballgown, there’s a style of off-the-shoulder sleeves that will work for you. And if you’re concerned about modesty, adding a small sleeve is a great way to increase coverage in a stylish way.

Bold colored wedding rings
Blue wedding rings became all the rage after Kate Middleton was engaged to Prince William with Princess Diana’s iconic blue sapphire ring. Now, brides are branching out with a variety of bold colors that express their individuality. These sets from Milwaukee artisan Paloma Wilder are both delicate and bold.
Another huge wedding ring trend? Sustainability. Rachel of Paloma Wilder says, “a diamond holds brilliance objectively but in our studio, environmental ethics and mining practices come first in determining it’s value.”
Colored wedding dresses
More and more brides are walking down the aisle in color and some of our runway favorites have been black bridal gowns! Black is a great option for those looking to make a chic and sophisticated statement. Plus, did you know that white dresses only became the tradition in 1840, after Queen Victoria wore white to her wedding?

Bridal Jumpsuits
It’s okay to say “no” to the dress! Even classic designers like Carolina Herrera are including beautifully tailored pantsuits, jumpsuits, tuxedos, and separates in their 2021 collections. Solange Knowles and Amal Clooney also donned jumpsuits at their wedding events. From full lace to chic satin or chiffon, there’s a jumpsuit for every style.

Puff Sleeves
Every season brings back a handful of trends, and this year the 80’s have infiltrated bridal fashion with big sleeves! From wispy billowing to fitted with a poised little puff, the statement sleeve trend has been updated and we can’t get enough. They’re perfect for our Midwest winters (we’ll take any extra fabric we can get!) and can fit a large variety of styles.
